A machining center is a CNC drilling and milling machine with an automatic tool changer and feed table that equips you to perform a wide range of machining processes, such as milling, drilling, tapping, chamfering and other special operations. By feeding a PVC, or aluminum profile into the machine at a precise angle, you are able to remove the appropriate amount of material, shaping it precisely to your needs. And with innovative rotary cutting tools and 3, 4 or 8 axis, you are able to work on up to 4 sides of a profile during the machining process.

Aluminum and PVC machining tools roughly break down into two categories: horizontal and vertical—both of which allow for a high level of precision in the milling and drilling process. The 3-axis FMS G Series XS offers a processing capacity of (200mm x 200mm) and can operate in -90°, 0°, and +90° angles. The FMS G Series XS is a state-of-the-art machine that delivers a wide spectrum of solutions to the machine operator and is developed to carry out all-in-one milling, drain channel opening, punching, branding, and end milling operations on aluminum and PVC profiles. Our popular, four axes FMS G Series CNC Profile Machining Center delivers a high processing capacity (550mm x 225mm) that streamlines the processing of aluminum and steel profiles of various sizes. Thanks to its spindle, which allows processing at any angle between +/-90°, this machine provides comprehensive machining solutions in a wide range of operations.

The G Series is designed to perform a wide range of tasks, including milling, drain channel opening, punching, branding, and end milling operations. In addition, it can perform special non-standard operations on a variety of different profiles.
