2012-D12 Diamond Saw

Designed to cut friable or brittle materials, the DoALL 2012-D12 vertical band saw features a hydraulically powered work table with 12″ (305mm) table stroke and a 0-6 fpm table feed rate. Also known as a upright diamond saw, the 2012-D12 is ideal for cutting materials like silicons, quartz and glass.

2613-D36 DIAMOND SAW

The DoALL 2613-D36 diamond saw is designed to cut brittle, dusty material where the dust is highly abrasive and may be flammable (tungsten carbide preforms specifically). The 2613-D36 has a touchscreen operator interface with programmable cut length and feed rate, and featuring slow-entry and slow-exit cutting speed profile. This machine is servo-driven table and has rip fence for precise feed control and part positioning or indexing for multiple cuts.  

2616-D24 DIAMOND SAW

Designed to cut friable, brittle or materials that easily crumble, the DoALL 2616-D24 vertical diamond band saw features a hydraulically powered work table. The 2616-D24 upright saw has a cutting capacity of 26″ x 16″ (660x440mm) and a 24" (610mm) table stroke. The 2616-D24 diamond saw features an easy-to-use operators panel resulting in reduced operating costs, less maintenance and lower total cost of ownership.

D-900 DIAMOND SAW

The DoALL D900 is an economically priced diamond saw for cutting friable materials including silicon, quartz and glass. Designed to use 1.25″ (32mm) wide, grit edged saw bands, Model D900 has a 35″ (900mm) throat with a 16″ (400mm) work height that accommodates a wide range of material sizes.  The simple design of the D900 features a band speed and feed rate control from the operator panel, resulting in reduced operating costs, minimal maintenance and lower total cost of ownership.
