Honorably discharged in 1990, Chuck began his civilian career at one of the nation’s leading machine tool brands and worked his way through the ranks as a Field Service Technician, Quality Manager, Product Manager and National Sales Manager. These steps gave Chuck a unique view of the Machine Tool Industry, which led him to start FMS.

FMS has steadily grown as a distributor of leading machine tool brands and since 2010 has imported Machine Tools under the FMS Brand. The FMS Brand consists of Press Brakes, Shears, Plate & Angle Rolls and Band Saws. FMS Service has grown along with the machinery division to provide fast dependable support after the sale.

Alongside the new equipment sales and service, Chuck saw that many of his customers had a distinct need for used machine sales, and he began selling used press brakes, used shears, and used band saws. Today the FMS used inventory has broadened considerably and is constantly being updated to meet our customer’s needs.
