PROFILE MACHINING CENTERS

The 4-axis CNC machining center, GARNET, has the capacity to process aluminum profiles of various sizes, thanks to its spindle, which allows processing at any angle between -90/90 degrees providing solutions in a wide range of operations. The machine is developed to carry out all-in-one milling, drain channel opening, punching, branding and end-milling operations of profiles, and to perform special non-standard operations on different profiles. The high processing capacity (550 mmx 225 mm) provides satisfactory user experience with the machine’s performance in all operations.

Thanks to its spindle which can operate in -90, 0 and +90 fixed angles, the 3-axis CNC machining center, GARNET XS can process different sizes of aluminum and PVC profiles and offer a wide spectrum of solutions to the user. The machine is developed to carry out all-in-one milling, drain channel opening, punching, branding and end milling operations on aluminum and PVC profiles, and to perform special non-standard operations on different profiles. The high processing capacity (200 mm x 200 mm) provides satisfactory user experience with the machines' performance in all operations.

The 8-axis CNC processing center ALCOR - II has been developed to carry out all-in-one cutting, milling, drain channel opening, punching and branding operations on PVC profiles, and to perform special non-standard operations (punching, channel opening etc.) on different profiles. Thanks to its individually operating units, ALCOR - II has been designed to offer maximum efficiency in less time

 The 3-axis CNC cutting center ALCOR - I is designed to cut profiles made of aluminum, PVC and all kinds of light alloy profiles.
